Career

Álvaro is part of the Tax and Customs Practice Group. He emphasizes his practice on tax law in litigation areas, advisory and transfer pricing for more than 20 years. His experience involves advising national and international companies in the following sectors: telecommunications, construction, pharmaceutical, hydrocarbons, etc.

He has been a professor of tax law at Universidad del Rosario, Universidad Javeriana and the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá and he is author of the book: “Sentencias de unificación jurisprudencial y mecanismo de extensión / Aplicación en materia tributaria”.
