William is co- director of the National Arbitration and National Litigation area. He has been an advisor to national and foreign companies for more than 30 years on complex commercial contracts, commercial distribution schemes, Colombian procedural law and, in general, on matters involving business law. As the attorney in charge of these companies, he has acted in countless processes before the ordinary jurisdiction and national arbitral tribunals in complex disputes.

In Conflict Resolution, he has participated in more than 75 arbitrations conducted under the regulations of the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá, Medellín and Pereira, whose accumulated pretensions are superior to 2.5 billion dollars. He has been a member of the arbitrators A-list of the Arbitration Center of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce for more than ten years.

In National Litigation, he has advised and represented companies in the pharmaceutical, consumer products, automotive and commerce sectors and industry in general, in matters that include popular actions, group actions, distribution claims, commercial agency, consumer’s right and contractual and non-contractual liability actions.
