Patricia Vergara is the head of Labor practice area of the firm, she has more than 25 years of experience in Labor, Social Security Law, Labor Litigation and immigration matters.

Among her relevant experience it is worth highlighting the advice on employment contracting, implementation of extralegal benefits and wage compensation plans, voluntary retirement plans, transfer of foreign workers to Colombia and Colombians abroad, labor audits, restructuring plans, comprehensive advice on social security and occupational health, industrial security, UGPP  audits, judicial representation before the Supreme Court of Justice and immigration matters.

Patricia is professor of labor law at the Faculty of Business Administration of the University of the Andes.
