Daniel joined the firm in 2011 and is a partner in the Life Sciences practice with a focus on health legislation.

He is recognized as a lawyer with extensive experience advising national and international companies in the pharmaceutical and food sectors. His career has focused on providing legal opinions on compliance with local regulations, particularly in market access, patient programs, interactions with healthcare professionals, and the Afidro Code of Ethics.

Daniel has led advisories in biotechnology, access to new medicines, clinical studies, drug price control regimes, and defense in administrative and judicial procedures initiated by INVIMA, Health Departments, and the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce. Additionally, he has managed and obtained health registrations and provided legal projections in advertising, competition, and consumer protection.
