Alicia has been a Partner at Lloreda Camacho & Co., since 1996. She has ample experience with trademark infringement (both civil and criminal) and unfair competition cases. She also offers advice on the diverse conflict resolution mechanisms, including alternative means such as mediation, always aiming to take advantage of the most beneficial tools for the client.

Alicia is member of INTA Board of Directors, of the Search Committee for INTA CEO, Co-chaired the Presidential Task Force to review INTA Committee Structure and currently Co-chaired of the Leadership track subcommittee and member of the Program Advisory Council.

She has a Law Degree from Universidad del Rosario in 1989, a Master’s Degree in Law (LLM) from New York University in 1991 and a Specialization Degree in Financial Law from Universidad de los Andes in 1993.
