Career

Claudia is a lawyer specializing in Commercial Law, with a Diploma in International Law from England, bilingual, and with 19 years of experience in advising and leading legal areas in operating companies dedicated to the exploration and exploitation of hydrocarbons and minerals in Colombia and other countries. With extensive knowledge in negotiating and drafting industry contracts and their representation and administration before different public entities. His experience has been developed in the oil, mining, and energy sector, as well as in law firms. Within his career, he has provided legal advice on international transactions with entities in the energy sector, including the purchase, spin-off, and merger of foreign and domestic companies; financing with international bank loans, the issuance of private bonds and the structuring of companies with assets in energy projects in the Toronto Stock Exchange.
