Position
Martin Wright is a partner in the Real Estate practice of the London office. He advises domestic and overseas clients on all aspects of property investment and development. He has acted on transactions involving some of London’s highest profile buildings. He has particular expertise in large scale urban regeneration projects including redevelopments at Canary Wharf, Paddington Basin, Stratford and Silvertown London, property development and head office lettings and disposals throughout London. He also has considerable experience in mortgage portfolio acquisitions and mortgage-backed securitisation. Prior to joining Mayer Brown in 2013, Martin practised at a leading international law firm.
