Emilie Vasseur serves clients on complex litigation in both civil and commercial law. She advises listed and non-listed companies on complex litigation arising out of the enforcement of strategic agreements, shareholder and post-acquisition disputes, and matters relating to directors’ ' liability. Emilie also assists clients in cross-border litigation and in cases involving ESG issues. In addition, she acts in regulatory proceedings before the Commission des sanctions of the Autorité des marchés financiers (French financial markets authority) and before the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution (French Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority). Clients served by Emilie include companies in the environment, financial services, insurance, hospitality, entertainment, luxury goods, food, gambling, logistics, automotive, transportation, construction and public works sectors.
