Régine advises and represents companies on matters that may involve multiple issues, including shutting down operations, restructuring that may involve the transfer of employees (ARD or otherwise) or collective redundancy procedures, relationships with employee representative bodies and trade unions, negotiation of collective bargaining agreements, setting up incentive plans, and developing internal policies. Clients also look to her for counsel on individual matters such as employment agreements, diversity issues, termination procedures, harassment, and international mobility.

Régine regularly works with other Mayer Brown offices worldwide and other Mayer Brown practices such as tax and corporate law.
