Wilson Wong is a partner of Mayer Brown. He represents clients on a wide variety of financings, including secured syndicated bank transactions and acquisition financings, with particular focus on both Hong Kong, Macau and PRC real estate related transactions. He also has significant experience in representing lenders and borrowers in connection with refinancing/restructuring their existing credit facilities.

Clients he represents include domestic and international banks and financial institutions operating in Hong Kong, as well as borrowers and investment funds from the real estate sector.
