She acts for banks in financing property portfolio acquisitions by funds and PRC-related clients in property acquisitions in Hong Kong. She has acted for a syndicate of lenders in Champion REIT financing transactions which were named as the Debt Market Deal of the Year 2007 and Debt Market Deal of the Year 2009 by Asian Legal Business Awards.
