Ludmila Braga has a reputation as a reference in advising funds, their managers and key quotaholders in fund structuring and formation in all key real estate industry verticals, as well as in advising in M&A transactions of all types in the real estate sector, as well as in advising in public offers, privatization transactions and distressed real estate, comprising various asset classes, such as residential, multifamily, industrial, office, logistics, mining, agribusiness and infrastructure. Private and public clients, as well as state-owned companies, also seek her counsel on sustainable projects and innovative structures related to impact investing in the real estate market, leaning into sector convergence and applying interdisciplinary considerations (such as regulatory, tax, zoning and corporate impact of the structure considered by the client). In the agribusiness and forest investment, Ludmila Braga is focused in assisting clients in conforming their deals to the current legal restrictions for ownership and rural lease by foreign entities.

Ludmila was responsible for the development of the “Singapore Desk,” proposing legal advice to companies from Singapore interested in investing in Brazil. She has formerly worked as real estate senior and corporate associates at other international firms.
