Career

Mauro Pedroso Gonçalves focuses his practice on civil litigation in a wide range of sectors, including oil & gas, energy, infrastructure, banking, real estate, technology, and agribusiness. He has substantial experience in briefing and arguing cases before the highest courts, as well as crafting legal strategies for high-stakes disputes in trial and appellate courts, regulatory agencies, audit courts, and comptrollers’ offices. Mauro is a Ph.D. candidate and holds an LL.M. from the Pontifical Catholic University of Sao Paulo (PUC-SP). Additionally, he is a professor of Civil Procedure and the author of several legal publications. Before joining the firm, he served as a law clerk at the Brazilian Superior Court of Justice.
