She also has experience with capital markets transactions, having represented US and international issuers, investment banks and investors in a wide range of securities offerings, including initial public offerings (IPOs), follow-on offerings and private placements of equity securities. Joanna also regularly counsels clients on matters ranging from corporate governance to US Securities and Exchange Commission periodic reporting requirements and other general corporate matters.
Joanna also represents clients in technology transactions, commercial contract and outsourcing transactions, including services agreements, manufacturing and distribution agreements, technology licensing, cloud-computing transactions and strategic alliances.
Joanna represents clients from a broad array of industries, including companies in the technology and life sciences sectors. She provides pro bono services for various nonprofit organizations, including representing children in need of immigration-related legal counsel.
