Thomas Ammermann is a partner, he focuses his practice on corporate law and capital markets. Thomas advises clients in corporate and transaction/M&A matters, in particular in the automobile, manufacturing, hospitality and real estate as well as transportation industries, including corporate restructurings, cross-border mergers and joint ventures.

Previously, Thomas was a scientific associate at the University of Würzburg, and his doctoral thesis was honored with the Carl-Goerdeler Award by the City of Leipzig in 2008. As a legal trainee he worked, inter alia, at the German University of Administrative Sciences Speyer, the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Koblenz and also in the corporate departments of two international law firms.
