Jens Ortmanns is a partner and head of the European Real Estate Group, he advises institutional investors, private equity funds, asset managers, insurer and pension funds, real estate consulting companies, family offices and financial institutions from Austria, France, Germany, the UK and the United States. He has particularly extensive experience in the following:

Jens worked in the corporate real estate department of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (2001 to 2006). In 2006, he joined Hypo Real Estate Bank International AG in London where he was responsible for corporate real estate financings in the UK, Germany and CEE. From 2007 to 2008, Jens was a Transaction Manager for Europe, Middle East and India as well as Compliance Officer in the Munich branch of Hypo International.
