Todd Finger represents clients in the full range of corporate transactions and financings, including mergers, stock and asset purchases and sales, leveraged buyout transactions, venture capital investments, joint ventures, restructurings and recapitalizations. Todd advises clients with interests and operations in the life sciences, consumer products, food and beverages, entertainment and media, and fashion and apparel industries, among other sectors. Todd is head of the New York office’s Transactions Practice Group. Todd is also a member of the Firm-wide Management Committee.
