Position
Associate Matthew Chen focuses his practice on UK and international private equity investments and buyout transactions, acting for institutions, private family offices, and portfolio companies. Matthew advises corporate clients on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations. He also advises start-up and growth stage companies on structuring and investment rounds.
Matthew represents clients from a broad array of industries, including companies in the food and beverage, financial services, industrial gases, and chemicals sectors.
