Alex has significant experience advising on the tax aspects of acquisitions and integrations, redomiciliation transactions, restructurings, capital raises, equity and debt offerings, management equity plans, fund formation, the design of group holding structures and joint ventures, real estate investment structuring, in addition to tax authority enquiries, pricing arrangements, mutual agreement procedures and more.
