Centro Diagnostico Docente Las Mercedes in the enforcement of a commercial arbitration award under the rules of the Center of Arbitration of the Venezuelan-American Chamber of Commerce (CEDCA). Comercial Ixco in an administrative proceeding against the Government of the Libertador Municipality in Caracas. Makro Comercializadora in a foreclosure proceeding. Cerveceria Polar in the enforcement of a commercial court ruling. Alimentos Polar in a commercial dispute. The Republic International Bank N.V.
