Career
Adam advises companies, individuals and boards facing government investigations and complex civil litigation. A former federal prosecutor, he has deep experience in a variety of matters, including cross-border fraud and money-laundering, corruption, securities and accounting fraud, and data protection and cyber security. During his time with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York, he led many of the government’s highest profile prosecutions in these areas.
Adam’s experiences inside and outside of government have prepared him to be an energetic and trusted counselor for clients confronting high-stakes matters. While he focuses his practice on white collar enforcement matters, he has handled a broad variety of litigations and disputes across the globe covering an array of industries and subjects.
