Robert Wyse Jackson represents banks, corporates, asset managers and investors in a variety of securitisation, international capital markets, derivatives and structured finance transactions across a wide range of asset classes. In particular, he has extensive experience in derivative products (including currency and interest rate swaps, credit default swaps and total return swaps), collateralised loan obligations and securitisations involving residential mortgages and trade receivables, and also advises on the related UK and EU regulatory frameworks (including the Securitisation Regulation and the European Market Infrastructure Regulation).
