Ms. Hamilton has extensive experience in advising and representing companies before the UK Competition and Markets Authority (“CMA) and the European Commission in merger control reviews and antitrust investigations. She also has experience in UK foreign investment control reviews as well as in antitrust litigation and counseling clients on key strategic antitrust matters and compliance.
