Sabine is a partner in the firm's Paris office who advises French and international companies on labour and employment issues associated with cross-border transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructurings. Working closely with her clients, Sabine assists with the establishment of pension plans, employee savings plans, and social plans. She advises corporations on multijurisdictional employment issues, including trade union law, outsourcing, and individual and collective dismissals. In addition, Sabine provides guidance and legal representation in labour dispute litigation. Sabine is the managing partner of Morgan Lewis’s Paris office.
