Grigory is a partner in the firm's Moscow office who represents international lenders and borrowers in structured finance, syndicated lending, debt restructuring transactions, and insolvency issues. Grigory advises clients in the metals, mining, telecommunications, oil and gas, and power generation industries on a range of financial transactions—from syndicated and bilateral credit facilities, refinancing, and bond issues, to export financing, loans, and loan restructurings.
