With a Ph.D. and fluency in three languages, Valentina advises Russian and international companies on mergers and acquisitions, project finance, and capital markets matters. Valentina, whose clients have included start-ups as well as large retail companies and banks located around the globe, advises on multijurisdictional mergers and joint ventures, private equity investments, and securities offerings.
