Tim is a partner in Morgan Lewis’s London office, he concentrates his practice on cross-border corporate transactions, including public and private equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and venture capital financings. Tim advises clients on related corporate matters, including governance, securities law compliance, and disclosure requirements and practices. He has experience with transactions in Russia, Germany, Switzerland, Greece, Sweden, the Netherlands, the United States, and the UK.
