Structured Transactions

A partner in the structured transactions practice at Morgan Lewis, Lisa Cargill advises on a range of asset-backed securitization and structured finance matters. She acts for financial institutions, investment funds, and corporates on public and private transactions that cover a variety of asset classes across a number of jurisdictions (such as auto loans, trade receivables, equipment leases, insurance premium loans, residential mortgages, and corporate and consumer loans originated through marketplace lending platforms).
