Career

David A. Churchill is co-chair of the Government Contracts Practice. His practice includes litigation of disputes involving award, performance and termination of federal contracts, before the Court of Federal Claims, agency boards of contract appeals, and the GAO. He has an active counseling practice in contract award-related matters and on issues arising during performance of government contracts and subcontracts. He also counsels in matters involving internal company investigations and mandatory disclosures of conduct potentially covered by the False Claims Act and other federal statutes. He served as chair of the Public Contract Law Section of the American Bar Association.
