Yuka focuses her practice on representing technology clients in IP and commercial disputes. She has experience representing clients in U.S. federal courts, the International Trade Commission, and Japanese courts, and manages global strategy in cases spanning multiple jurisdictions. She also regularly counsels clients on various legal challenges they face during product development, manufacturing, and distribution. Her matters have involved a wide range of technologies, including computer hardware and software, communications networks, automotive components, semiconductor devices, and medical devices.
