Rony handles a range of antitrust matters, with a particular focus on global cartel cases and follow-on civil damages litigation. He also has extensive experience counseling companies on strategic M&A, various types of collaboration agreements, and matters at the intersection of IP & Antitrust. Rony has represented clients in numerous global cartel investigations involving EU, U.S., Japanese, Korean, and other enforcement authorities. He has also managed follow-on litigation in various EU member states, including The Netherlands and Germany, and the United Kingdom. Rony has been involved in some of the most complex cartel cases of recent years, including: lysine, nucleotides, flat glass and car glass
