Patricia has over 38 years of experience in the fields of commercial law, corporate law, labor law, finance, public procurement, securities market, and insurance. Due to her extensive knowledge, Patricia advises the litigation department on commercial matters and contentious administrative claims.
In the academic field, Patricia has taught courses in Family Law, Corporate Law, and Insurance for over five years at the Universidad Internacional del Ecuador and the Pontifical Catholic University of Ecuador. Additionally, she has participated as a speaker at various legal conferences of the Inter-American Bar Association, specializing in labor law, constitutional law, among others.
