Francisco Vacas Dávila has extensive and recognized experience in the labour field. He served as Vice Minister of Labour and Employment at the Ministry of Labour Relations and later held the position of Minister of Labour Relations of Ecuador.

He worked as Advisor to the National Secretary and Subsecretary of Policies and Norms (SENRES). Additionally, he was a Legal Advisor and Special Representative for Group Stanford Casa de Valores S.A.

He also served as Legal Advisor and Special Representative for Stanford Trust Company and Trust Fund Management S.A.
