Represented ARCA-EBC Bottling Company in the purchase of a bottling company and also provided legal advice in the sale of Panamericana, an insurance company. Acted as negotiator for the purchase of EDESA, JURIS, and other companies. Also an expert in intellectual property and corporate law, banking and insurance, oil & mining, and business in general. Broad experience as director and chairman of committees and boards of directors of companies formed by groups of local and foreign shareholders. Outstanding role as president of the American School Foundation of Quito and of the Quito Tennis Club of Ecuador. Also engages in pro bono work, helping low-income individuals from the farming sector. Free legal assistance to several foreign NGOs, supporting them in creating their related companies. Provides pro bono work to the Italian Embassy in Ecuador.
