Sebastian has more than ten years of experience in the areas of Intellectual Property and Competition, where he has provided advice to the public and private sectors.
Sebastian was National Director of Copyrights and Related Rights at the National Service of Intellectual Rights; and Director and National Intendant of Investigation and Control of Unfair Practices at the Superintendence of Control of Market Power. Additionally, Sebastian has provided advice in administrative and jurisdictional litigation in intellectual property, in highly complex cases before the Collegiate Body of Intellectual Rights
