Rodrigo Jijón leads our Dispute Resolution practice. He is recognized as a seasoned litigator and arbitrator in the Ecuadorian and international markets with a remarkable track record. He represents local and foreign clients in matters ranging from investment protection to contractual, civil, environmental and constitutional matters. Clients applaud his strategic and implacable approach to his cases, while he is forthcoming with his clients and team in stressful situations

Rodrigo is a professor of procedural law and arbitration at several Ecuadorian universities. He has contributed numerous articles on procedural law and arbitration to several specialized local and international publications, and is a regular speaker at seminars and conferences on procedural law and arbitration around the world

He was a former president and is currently vice president of the Ecuadorian Arbitration Institute and a full member of the Ecuadorian Procedural Law Institute. He has also been a member of the Court of Honor of the Quito Bar Association
