He is part of the team that advises and represents clients in processes involving regulators and authorities including ARCSA, Superintendency of Banks, Deposit Insurance Corporation, SENPLADES, SERCOP, judges and national and international arbitration tribunals.

In litigation, he has represented clients in civil, constitutional and commercial disputes and challenges related to administrative decisions and contracts.

In the regulatory field, helps clients identify and comply with the specific requirements of each industry for entry into the market and efficient realization of economic activities. He advises both established clients as well as domestic and foreign companies that are starting up in Ecuador.
