Regarding her dispute resolution practice, Adriana has participated on high-profile international and domestic arbitration, complex commercial litigation, tort litigation and administrative law disputes. Adriana has represented clients in a variety of industries such as oil and gas, construction, energy, and mining. In the Banking and Finance team, Adriana has participated in cross-border and domestic project development and financings, advising national and international creditors, financers, and debtors in complex financial and banking operations, often with fiduciary, capital market, insurance, and regulatory components. Adriana was also an International Associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP, where she was part of the Project Development and Finance team. She obtained her LL.M. degree from Harvard Law School and is admitted to the New York Bar.
