Carlos specializes in corporate, M&A and public procurement matters. He has extensive experience in the food & beverage, consumer and retail sectors.

In the field of corporate law, he advises companies on capital increases, M&A, demergers, dissolutions and liquidations, having worked on various international transactions, share purchase agreements, shareholder’s agreements and due diligence processes.

He is experienced in drafting national and international contracts and advises international companies on tenders and public contracts in Ecuador, including public-private partnerships and foreign investments.

Carlos has worked on national and international arbitration regarding contractual disputes in the industrial and food sector, disputes concerning hydrocarbons and natural resources and arbitration involving public law.
