Director

Andrés is a member of the Natural Resources, Energy and Infrastructure Unit. His practice focuses on mining, infrastructure and energy law. Andres represents companies, investment funds and lenders on a wide range of transactions, covering commercial contracts, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, project development, project financing, and regulatory advisory. Andres is also an arbitral secretary at the two the leading arbitral institutions in Ecuador. He speaks fluent English and Spanish.

Andrés regularly advises international top-tier mining companies and he has been involved in infrastructure projects that have drastically changed the lives of millions of Ecuadorians. Andres' energy expertise includes renewables and hydro generation. He has been named by directories as a recommended lawyer.
