Maria Paz Vela is a Jr. Associate in the Litigation and Conflict Resolution practice. She joined the Tobar ZVS team in 2022.
María Paz focused her academic experience on corporate law and alternative dispute resolution methods. She was part of the USFQ team that participated in the International Arbitration Competition and served as Editor-in-Chief of the indexed academic journal USFQ Law Review.
She has experience in corporate advisory and also in the application of Andean regulations. Currently, she focuses her practice on conflict resolution and her contribution is highly valued by clients and her team
