William Needham is Co-Chair of the European Financial Restructuring group at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s London office. He acts for companies, sponsors and investors on domestic and cross-border financial restructurings, distressed debt, complex capital solutions, bespoke financings and alternative investments across Europe. He also advises on related M&A and buy outs, acquisition finance, fund investments and disputes.
