Dr. Max Kirchner is a partner in the Securities and Capital Markets practice. His practice focuses on the representation of investment banks, private equity sponsors, multinational companies, and investment funds in capital markets, direct lending and leveraged finance transactions. He regularly works on complex high-yield bond offerings, IPOs, restructurings, and acquisition financings by companies around the world across a broad array of industries.
