Porter Hedges LLP advises an array of major public and private E&P companies, private equity funds, and midstream and downstream companies for a wide range of oil and gas transactions. In addition to its expertise in advising on complex oil and gas acquisitions and divestitures, both conventional and unconventional, the team is also recognized as a major player in managing carbon sequestration agreements and transactions. Randy King and Robert Thomas jointly lead the Houston-based team, which includes Jeremy Mouton, known for handling some of the oil and gas industry’s largest acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and securitization transactions (ABS), and James T Thompson, who specializes in the upstream, midstream and renewable segments of the energy industry.
