Aranpreet is a partner in Proskauer’s Private Funds Group in London.
She advises European and international clients on the structuring, formation and operation of both open- and closed-ended investment funds across a range of strategies, including private equity, growth, infrastructure, and real estate.
Aranpreet also counsels clients on spin-outs, co-investments, end of life restructurings, and carried interest and co-investment schemes.
