Position
Liam Arthur is a partner in Proskauer’s Corporate Department and a member of our Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions Groups. Liam’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, equity co-investments, consortium transactions and joint ventures.
Liam advises private equity houses, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, corporations and management teams across a broad spectrum of UK and international transactions.
