Position

Paul Polking is a partner in Proskauer’s Real Estate Department. His practice includes the negotiating, structuring and documenting of real estate transactions, including commercial and retail leases and subleases, on behalf of both landlords and tenants. Additionally, Paul handles the purchase and sale of commercial and residential properties, and financings of various sizes, including construction financings, acquisition financings and refinancings.
