Managing Partner of Estudio Olaechea. Lawyer with more than 35 years of professional practice, specialized in Civil, Corporate, Energy and Mining Law. He has extensive experience in Corporate Law, Contracts, Foreign Investment, Mergers and Acquisitions.

He is president of the Chapter regarding Peru of the New York State Bar Association and representative of the Lima Bar Association before the International Bar Association.

Author of numerous legal articles in local and international specialized media. He has also been a member of several panels on his areas of expertise.

He has been internationally recognized by legal publications such as Chambers & Partners, The Legal 500, IFLR1000, Who’s Who Legal, Latin Lawyer, among others.

He is a member of the Board of listed and unlisted companies.

In 2002 he was appointed Honorary Consul General of the Kingdom of Denmark in Lima.
