Mr Cúneo is Partner of the firm, who leads the environmental and mining area, specializing in corporate law, financial transactions, mergers & acquisitions and mining transactions.

He regularly advises local and international mining companies and other participants of the mining sector, as well as investors and financiers, and has extensive experience in mining project financings, acquisitions of mining assets, negotiation of joint venture, royalty, mining leases and options, and other mining agreements.

Mr Cúneo has been a Visiting Associate at the offices of Uría Menéndez in Madrid and has been an Associate at Andersen Legal (firm associated to Andersen Worldwide).
