Francisco Cárdenas specializes in civil, corporate, foreign investment and contractual matters.

He counsels Peruvian and international companies across all areas of economic activity, with a focus on foreign investment, company acquisition and business transfers. Francisco also specializes in designing efficient legal structures for the entry and establishment of foreign companies in the country.
